A Spring Full of Color
Spring is colorful 💐and so is my work with it.
Do you know what the most important ingredient of successful negotiation is? Where and why can questions derail the whole process instead of moving it forward?
Not only did I get answers to these, but I also gained a lot of insight from the amazing Negotiation course. It was an intense experience for me — a visible improvement in the skills of the entire group, an inspiring team, and a chance to debunk some negotiation myths.
What I’m taking away: negotiation isn’t magic; listening is everything; empathy and silence are powerful. And if you say something wrong, that’s okay — we’re only human. Be authentic, apologize, and move on. Thanks to Helena Sovakova, Adam Dolnik, and the Vyjednáváme team. I highly recommend it!
The colorfulness 💐of my days also comes from switching roles; the very next day I traded my participant’s seat for the facilitator’s chair and led the Stress Management Learning Bites program.
