The Caterpillar Story
Collecting stories has been my thing for years. Especially the ones about caterpillars.
Ever heard the one about the caterpillar and the butterfly?
So, imagine this: On a bright sunny day, two caterpillars are crawling in a meadow. They look up and see a butterfly flying high above them. It’s up so high that it makes their heads spin.
“Whoa,” says one to the other, “that’s way up there… you’d never see me up to one of these, it’s soo high!”
They do not know yet… 😊
Just like we don’t know what’s possible for us in our lives. All that we can achieve.
I sometimes share this story with my clients when they say „It is not possible / I can’t do it”.
How do we know? Who says that?
Wayne Dyer once said, “There is one grand lie – that we are limited. The only limits we have are the limits we believe.”
My entire life and work experience points to the fact that the world (the professional and the personal) is full of miracles. So what if it is possible? 😉
BTW: I learned this story from a wonderful British coach, one of my beloved teachers, Robert Holden, so all credit goes to him.
