Imagine you’re directing traffic at a busy intersection
You’re trying to fine-tune the rhythm, yet the direction, shape of the intersection, weather, number of participants, and their needs keep changing constantly… This is what the role of a project manager can feel like. A great PM needs exceptional organizational skills, outstanding adaptability, top-notch communication abilities, the capacity to handle pressure, and the empathy to lead people effectively.
Today’s custom workshop with the Aeven PM team was a deep dive into these skills:

✔️ 3 complex real-life team scenarios
We broke a sweat, but we also had a lot of laughs. Everyone walked away with specific feedback, practical tips, and tools they can apply immediately.
