The Future of Coaching with AI

⁉️ Have you ever wondered what the future of coaching with artificial intelligence will look like? 🤖 Will it mean the end of human coaches? What benefits could it bring, and how can we prepare for this change?

I don’t have black-and-white answers, but I’m fascinated by the possibilities emerging on the horizon and thinking about how to use them wisely.

If you share this curiosity, I have a special invitation for you today. 😉

➡️ Try it out for yourself
➡️ Experience coaching with CoachBot AIMY, where you won’t just exchange messages but engage in a real conversation.

AIMY was created under the umbrella of CoachHub – The Digital Coaching Platform. I’ve been working with CoachHub for four years, and they’ve been an inspiring partner for me.

For me, the conversation with AIMY was a fascinating experience and a great way to get an idea of what might lie ahead. I was impressed by how well it handles transactional topics and how comfortable the experience felt. Can you guess what annoyed me the most? 😃

🟢 Try AI coaching at this link. I’m not sure how long it will remain free to test, so don’t wait!
🟢 Give it a try and let me know what you think! 😃

❔ Maybe we’re heading into an era where AI takes over transactional topics, helps with routine questions, or provides quick feedback, freeing coaches to focus more on deeper work. This could make coaching much more accessible.
❔ Maybe there will be a growing expectation for coaches to combine flexible methods and draw from a wide range of resources—a trend I already see happening.
❔ Or maybe things won’t change that much. After all, coaching isn’t just about asking questions; it’s about deep human connection.

We’ll see. Even in today’s digital, automated world, we still enjoy reading books, listening to vinyl records, meeting in person, and appreciating handcrafted work. 😉

What’s your take on this?

What if we don't have to choose?
