We have 10 years of experience in coaching managers and teams within companies, as well as coaching individuals outside of companies on their personal development journey.

The actual coaching usually takes place as a set of several sessions, about 3 weeks apart (e.g. 4 sessions of 90′ at an interval of 3 weeks), which the coach and the coachee agree on separately.

Team Coaching
As the name implies, this coaching is designed for work teams that are going through change or conflict, want to clarify their direction and priorities, harmonise their relationships and improve their performance and the atmosphere in the workplace.

How does team coaching work?
The coach defines the goals of the team coaching with the client (manager or team representative), the actual team coaching ideally takes place over 1 day, during which the team focuses intensively on finding the pathways that lead to achieving the defined goal.
The team members are actively involved in the process and their willingness and motivation to participate in the practical implementation of the solution is also significantly higher.
This process strengthens the accountability of the team and uses its full potential. People are often surprised at what they can create on their own with the right coaching process.
Team coaching helps groups build trust, improve communication, and create shared ownership.
